Did you miss the school supply pack deadline? There is another option to order school supply packs through EPI’s Direct-to-Parent program and have them shipped directly to the address you provide. The final deadline to place an order is August 28th.

Please note that these orders are processed at retail pricing and are not part of our pre-order, tax-free sale. Shipping costs are included in the purchase price, and applicable taxes will be added at checkout. While the prices are higher than our pre-order sale, this option provides an alternative for families who missed the deadline and would prefer not to shop for supplies at retail stores. Designed for Pre-K and K to teach the fundamentals of hitting and fielding.6U Coach Pitch: Fundamentals of baseball are the focus with this age group, while enjoying the spirit of the game. The rules are the same as older ages, except the players get 5 pitches and can swing at all 5. 7U & 8U Coach Pitch: Standard coach pitch rules.9U Blended Kid Pitch: No walks or steals. Kids learn to pitch, hit a pitched ball, and play with 3 outfielders. Our kids swing the bats! This program lets them develop a foundation for REAL BASEBALL and work on the skills of the game. “No walk turning into a triple style here!”10U, 11U, 12U, 14U Kid Pitch: Standard kid pitch rules.(note the “U” stands for “UNDER” so “5U is five years old and UNDER)* In the Fall, all kids age up for 2026-2027 year. Age is determined by how old they will be on May 1, 2027 * We will play the games on Friday nights, Saturdays, Sunday afternoons & Monday evenings. Area high school coaches & baseball pros will run drills & scrimmages. In this Fall Academy coaches will work on drills to help compliment what they are doing in their team practices. Not only will they break down the HOW to do a specific skill, but the WHY! Many players look for short cuts - once they understand the WHY, it makes the game easier. We want to eliminate the bad habits before they start. Players split into groups based on age and ability. Location: The Farm League Park (on Stuebner Airline).

We are closely monitoring the weather forecast for Friday’s Field Day and will adjust plans as needed to ensure student safety. Please know that Field Day will still take place; however, activities and games may need to be moved indoors if weather conditions require it.

 If we transition to an indoor Field Day, we will unfortunately not be able to accommodate visitors, as all available indoor spaces throughout the building will be utilized for student activities.

 We will communicate a final update on Thursday so families can plan accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility as we work to make this a fun and safe experience for our Koalas!

Kuehnle School Supply Packages Now Available!

Get ready for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year! School supply packages are now on sale and can be pre-purchased through your School Cash Online account. Cash and checks are not accepted. Orders must be placed by May 31.

As a convenience for Kuehnle families, pre-ordered supply packages are offered tax-free and sold at cost (minus the School Cash processing fees) until May 31st.

Important Information:

No Extra Packages: We will not order additional supply packs, so please place your order by May 31.

No Refunds: Refunds cannot be issued for pre-purchased school supplies.

Delivery: Supply packs will be delivered to Kuehnle and placed in classrooms for Meet the Teacher in August.

Alternative Purchasing: Families who prefer to purchase supplies on their own can find the school supply lists on the Kuehnle website.
